Community Alternatives, Inc. reduces time to billing by 50%

Community Alternatives, Inc. (CAI) provides Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) in seven counties in Western Pennsylvania. CAI came to TenEleven because they wanted to speed up their clinical documentation time in order to bill for services faster. TenEleven identified the need to reduce CAI’s “Car-Float” – the time that progress notes spend sitting idle in providers cars when they could be entered into an electronic system.
